Why I do this
I've been in roofing for more than 25 years, from single-family homes to large commercial losses. Along the way I've seen too many owners sign contracts or accept claim decisions without really understanding them.
I've worked claims from the contractor's side, sat across from adjusters, and served as an expert witness. That's taught me what insurance companies look for, and what gets claims denied.
